An Unreleased Gems graduate, "It Ends" returns to Video Store for its release.

SOME WRONG TURNS LAST FOREVER.

A group of recent grads head out on a late night drive for grub, hoping to enjoy one final hangout before their paths diverge. Instead, they accidentally turn onto a never-ending, two-lane hellscape surrounded by untold horrors and cosmic forces beyond their understanding.

An inaugural Unreleased Gem when Video Store launched in December 2025, "It Ends" was picked up for distribution by NEON just eight days after it became available on the store. The debut feature of writer-director Alexander Ullom and six years in the making, it premiered at SXSW in 2025 before finding its audience through the community that championed it. An existential road-movie horror in the lineage of "Two-Lane Blacktop" and the animated work of Don Hertzfeldt, where four graduates trapped on an endless road become a mirror for a generation's sense of a future without structure.
